Neptec wants to connectorize your optical devices.  Our elite technicians have many years of experience in terminating Singlemode, Multimode and Polarization Maintaining fiber.  We have many customers who use us to terminate their high-end lasers and other active & passive components.  We have precision tuned equipment that automates this process for extremely high yields.  Our termination service is not only high quality, but we have the ability to quickly turn jobs, 3-day, 2-day and sometimes same day service.

Neptec offers a reconditioning service for you. If your cables have been neglected a bit, do not despair. They may have their ferrule endface scratched.  You also may have found that the insertion loss is no longer acceptable and that throwing them away seems your only option.  We would suggest reconditioning. There is a good chance that your old cables can be restored to conditions resembling those on the day that they first left our production floor.  Reconditioning is good for the environment and saves you money.  Many people are not aware of this service, but it is one that many of our customers really appreciate.

Neptec is at your service.  We not only terminate standard fiber optic connectors, but we also terminate fiber with MPO connectors.  MPO connector realizes high density interconnection with Ribbon Fiber.  These connectors go on easy with our highly trained and experienced technicians, not to mention that the process is mostly automated using  precision polishing equipment.   From our assembly to our testing, our processes are documented and proven.  You can rely on us for your MPO terminations.
If your connector needs reconditioning we also offer a great reconditioning service. Neptec offers automated fusion splicing for your Singlemode, Multimode and Polarization Maintaining fiber.  Our Fiber Optic Fusion Splicers are high precision core to core automated splicers.  We have special fusion splicers for PM fiber.  Our engineers have designed processes that are highly efficient enabling us to pass on that savings to you. To protect your spliced fiber, we use only the best protective sleeves available on the market.  Relax and leave your worries behind; our technicians are ready to “weld” your fibers.
